Mokhovaya, house 7 (metro station "Library named after VI Lenin") from 9.00 to 17.00, on Friday - until 16.00. Supported formats are txt, doc, rtf, xls, pps, ppt, pdf, jpg, bmp, png, tif, gif, pcx, mp3 and avi. The file size should be no more than 1.5 MB (these are the technical limitations of the postal system of the State Duma)

Step 3

It should be borne in mind that in your city (district) and region there are councils of deputies and regional Duma. They also accept addresses in different forms. In addition, it is not difficult to get an appointment with local deputies and personally discuss a topic that is relevant to you.
