Childhood and adolescence
Almost a hundred kilometers from Perm in the small town of Lysva in 1985, a long-awaited child appeared. Vladimir Selivanov was born in a simple friendly family on July 22. The family of the future artist had nothing to do with creativity.
The boy became the youngest. His parents already had his older brother. My father trumpeted at a local enterprise as a mechanic, my mother sold food in a shop. The boy attended a regular school. Vladimir was fond of wrestling and dreamed of getting into the "Club of the cheerful and resourceful".
After completing his studies, the graduate went to the State Institute of Culture in Perm. In the same educational institution, the rest of the heroes of the popular sitcom were educated in due time.
As a student, the former applicant turned out to be diligent. It is not surprising that he really liked creativity. A long-standing desire came true. Together with friends, Vladimir organized a KVN team. The band got a very original name.
The team was called "Stapler". The team members prepared all the humorous episodes for future performances together. Often they had to stay up late at work. They did not manage to rise further than the regional level, so they could not demonstrate humor at Maslyakov's show.
But Vladimir himself was lucky enough to appear in front of the cameras and feel the taste of real acting life. The next step on the way to show business was the regional Comedy Club.
Before the launch of the first season of Real Boys, Selivanov and his friends visited the capital. He managed to get to know and make friends with the famous residents of the Moscow "Comedy club".
Filmmaking
There are not very many cinematic works in the performing portfolio. He is familiar to viewers mainly from "Real Boys". But almost immediately after the first appearance on the screen, the artist was recognized and became famous.
The sitcom broadcast started on November 8, 2010. Zhanna Kadnikova's project immediately gained fans. The tape was filmed in a pseudo-documentary style, the characters were recreated in the highest degree similar to real prototypes.
The plot develops around an ordinary guy Nikolai. Facing the problem of answering for the violation, Kolya decided to start life from the very beginning. To get away from criminal responsibility, the hero decides to go to a reality show. The main task of the program is to make a respectable person out of a courtyard slob.
In the sitcom Selivanov was offered to play the auto mechanic Vovan. His hero is distinguished by kind-heartedness towards others. However, he clearly does not shine with intellectual abilities.
Because of his gullibility, he constantly finds himself in various troubles, but fans call the hero the most sincere character who dreams of finding true love.
After the premiere, Vladimir did not stop exclusively on his artistic career. He decided to independently finalize the script for the film. Together with his comrades, the artist improvised. Thanks to the expansion of the dialogues, the replicas acquired greater brightness and believability.
On one set in 2015, Selivanov worked with Nick Nolte and Tom Hardy. In the domestic remake of the film "Warrior", the sports drama came to life in a new way. Selivanov played Amundsen in it. His partners were Fedor Bondarchuk, Vladimir Yaglych, Svetlana Khodchenkova, Alexander Baluev.
Music and personal life
A versatile personality effortlessly transforms into various heroes. In show business, Vladimir has established himself as a successful musician. For work, he took the creative and recognizable pseudonym Vavan.
Music interested him from adolescence. Like popular rappers, Selivanov began to implement recitatives. Some of the artist's compositions are used in the soundtrack to the sitcom.
Self-irony is clearly traced in them, and he took the pseudonym for a reason. The performer himself admitted in an interview that all attempts to destroy the established stereotypes about his hero in the end turn out to be a myth.
And the very difference with him is only one letter. The artist is not going to flaunt his private life. He prefers to keep his privacy away from prying eyes.
He admitted to correspondents that he prefers to lead a healthy lifestyle. The food was organized correctly. For several years he has been practicing yoga. A few years ago Selivanov preferred to relax next to a hookah, which helps relieve fatigue.
Bad habits were forgotten after 2014. Alcohol consumption is also in the past. The performer's heart is not free either. He does not tell the media who exactly his chosen one is.
But Selivanov directly admitted that the acquaintance was initiated by the girl herself. She sent Vladimir a message on one of the social networks. A friendly correspondence began. Gradually, the relationship grew into affection, and then into love.
