Step 1
Try to search your mutual friends for the coordinates of this person if he left for Spain for permanent residence. Find a person on sites https://goon.ru/i/people/people.htm or https://poisk.vid.ru, which contains information about missing relatives, friends or classmates around the world

Try to find his home phone number on sites www.paginasamarillas.com and www.paginasblancas.es. These sites are analogs of the Russian "Yellow Pages". If you know the phone number of your friend, but the subscriber cannot answer you for any reason, refer to the page www.info4help.com, where by name, surname and phone number you can find the person you are interested in
Step 6
Make a request to the Spanish police, to the department for work with foreign citizens. The request must be made in 2 languages - Spanish and Russian. It may also happen that in this case you will be asked for the number of the identity document of the person you are looking for.
Step 7
Submit your ads in the Russian-language press in Spain and / or similar forums. Indicate the time and / or place when you last spoke with the person you are looking for or the place where you were last seen.
