Courtney Braden Ford was born on June 27, 1978 in Orange County, California. She was educated in acting courses according to the Strasberg Method. Her film debut took place at the age of 20. Ford voiced the playable characters in Gears of War 2 and Fallout 4. In 2007, Courtney married actor Brandon Root, who starred in Incredible Love, Unthinkable and Scott Pilgrim Against All.
