According to the website of UzACI, the license of the subsidiary of MTS was suspended due to gross violations, which were carried out many times and as a result turned into a system. This also happened due to the absolute inaction to comply with the orders of the control authorities.
The fact is that the General Prosecutor's Office of Uzbekistan opened a criminal case on this occasion against several officials of the Uzdunrobita company. The latest audit recorded repeated tax evasion, which was carried out according to a carefully planned scheme. This is a serious violation of the law.
The site administration informs that the activities of "Uzdunrobit" will not be carried out due to the fact that the Uzbek communications and information agency issued a corresponding order for this. It is stated that MTS subscribers were informed in advance about the shutdown of communications in the network for a period of ten days.
RIA Novosti is broadcasting that the citizens of Uzbekistan have staged a massive purchase of SIM cards from other telecom operators. In order to defuse the tension of the situation on many streets of the republic, it was necessary to organize additional retail outlets to serve users of cellular services, where they could purchase packages for connection.
And in the official statement of the representatives of the MTS company, the situation is described exactly the opposite. They state that the country's authorities have never sent their claims to the subsidiary.
In the branch, control checks were carried out at the same time by several regulatory authorities of Uzbekistan. At the same time, procedural norms were grossly violated. Tactics such as threats and detention were used. All of these unpleasant events are interpreted by the staff of Uzdunrobit as unfair attacks on businesses invested by Russians.
