Biography

Oleg Maslennikov-Voitov was born into a military family on October 18, 1977. Until high school, the boy lived with his parents in Dushanbe. Childhood was quite ordinary. Oleg was fond of sports, was engaged in water polo, taekwondo, aikido, and also played volleyball and basketball.

In grade 10-11, she changed her place of residence to Moscow, where the teenager was sent to study at a secondary general education lyceum with a theatrical bias at the V. Gorbunov. Despite the fact that famous teachers from the Moscow Art Theater and the Shchukin School instilled a love for art in the future actor, Oleg decided not to break family traditions and become a military man. After graduating from the Lyceum Maslennikov-Voitov entered the tank engineering school in Omsk.

Artistic abilities were not long in coming, Oleg Maslennikov initiated the creation of a vocal and instrumental ensemble, which successfully performed in various military garrisons. In order to understand that a military career is still not for him, Maslennikov-Voitov took almost a year and a half of study at the school. Oleg returned to the capital and decided to try his hand at the Moscow Art Theater School.

The first attempt was unsuccessful, and Oleg Maslennikov devoted a year before re-enrollment to classes with the leading teacher of Oleg Tabakov's course, Mikhail Lobanov. 1996 became the starting point for Maslennikov's acting career, it was during this period that Oleg was enrolled in the theater institute, which he successfully graduated in 2000. The teachers of the course are Evgeny Lazarev and Dmitry Brusnikin.

Work and career

A year after graduating from theatrical university, Oleg Maslennikov-Voitov served at the theater "On Pokrovka" under the direction of Sergei Artsibashev, where he managed to play several roles, including "The Inspector General", "Hamlet", "Little Prince" and the main one - in the production "My poor Marat."

Since 2001, Oleg Maslennikov can be seen in the performances of the Modern Theater. Among his works - the role of the ghost of Rasputin in the play "The Loop", the Fox ("The Journey of the Little Prince"), the role of Mentikov ("Katerina Ivanovna"), the Frenchman ("Looking for a meeting!").

2016 was marked by Maslennikov's directorial work in the enterprise "On the Other Side of Midnight". The premiere of the play based on the works of Sergei Dovlatov, based on the play by Vladimir Dyachenko took place on 4 July. In the entreprise, Oleg Maslennikov-Voitov also played one of the main roles.

At the State Theater of Nations, the actor can be seen in the play "The Audience" based on the play of the same name by Peter Morgan.

The first films by Oleg Maslennikov-Voitov are little known. In 2000, the actor took part in the filming of the film "Zoykina's Apartment" and "Late Dinner with..". Both pictures did not appear on the big screen.

Most of the actor's work is melodrama. In 2005, Oleg Maslennikov got the role of the head of the first-aid post in the series "Airport". In 2007, the actor played the main character in the crime series "Stuntmen". The next ones were “I am a detective”, “Three days in Odessa”, “Gypsies”, “Aleksandrovsky Sad -2” and some others.

The actor gained a truly nationwide popularity in 2009, when the viewer saw the TV series "Margosha", in which Oleg Maslennikov-Voitov played the art editor of the magazine Andrei Kulagin. His work partner was Maria Berseneva (Margosha).

2011 brought the actor three main roles at once: in the melodramas "Only you" and "Maiden's Hunt", as well as the comedy "It is ordered: to marry". A year later, four more films were added, including: "Two Newspapers" and "Legal Doping".

In 2015, a series of melodramas were diluted by the detective thriller Dangerous Delusion. A year later, Oleg Maslennikov-Voitov took part in the filming of the military drama "Autumn of 1941" and the film "40+, or the Geometry of Love" (Ukraine).

For "Talented performance of a male role in the theater" (talking about the role of Rasputin in the play "Loop") Oleg Maslennikov-Voitov was awarded a special prize "Recognition" of the Moscow International Television and Theater Festival "Youth of the Century". The actor was awarded a diploma in 2002.

Personal life

Oleg Maslennikov-Voitov is married. The producer Alina Borodina became his chosen one. Oleg met his future wife on the set of the film "Gypsies", to which Alina invited him.

The couple registered an official marriage at the Kutuzovsky department of the registry office of the city of Moscow on July 2, 2016, on the seven-year anniversary of the beginning of their life together. Close friends of the newlyweds became witnesses at the wedding: director and producer Sergei Ginzburg and star of the Moscow Art Theater Christina Babushkina. Guram Bablishvili, Olga Orlova, Katerina Shpitsa, Ekaterina Arkharova, Ekaterina Volkova, Maxim Konovalov, Grigory Siyatvinda, Vladimir Zaitsev, Galina Bokashevskaya, Maxim Lagashkin, Oksana Mikheeva and other celebrities were also invited to the celebration.

Oleg and Alina have no common children. The couple are raising Alina's child from a previous marriage, Nikita. Just like Oleg, Nikita is passionate about extreme sports. The family tries to spend all their free time from filming and work together.
