First, wait for the notification.

Step 2

Step 3
Fill out the notice. There you will need to indicate your last name, first name and patronymic, passport data. The field for the registration address can be left blank if the one to which the parcel arrived matches your registration address. The operator will check all the information with your passport and, if everything is in order, he will give you a parcel.
Step 4
Check if the package is broken. If something is wrong, ask to open the parcel on the spot. This is where a list of everything that was there comes in handy. The most convincing evidence, of course, is the inventory of investments. But even if she is not there, all is not lost.
