Student years
The future writer and humorist was born on July 21, 1948. Parents lived in the resort town of Jurmala. Father - a famous Soviet writer, author of the novel "Cupid Father". Mother is a housewife. Scientific activity did not distract him from participating in the work of the student theater, which was known throughout the country. The theater was called "Russia". The creative team has successfully toured all Soviet republics for several years. For their great work in educating the younger generation, young actors became laureates of the Lenin Komsomol Prize.

Simultaneously with performances on stage, Zadornov regularly wrote miniatures, sketches, stories, stories and other texts. Among the humors that received recognition from viewers throughout the country, the "Open Letter to the General Secretary" and "The 9th Carriage" caused a special resonance. At the next stage of his creative activity, the writer tried himself as a host of well-known television programs: "Smehopanorama", "Full House", "Daughters-Mothers", "Satirical Forecast". The most expressive performance of the comedian is considered the congratulation of Russians on the New Year 1991, which was supposed to be delivered by the president of the country.
Particular sympathy of the Russian audience was aroused by Zadornov's performances in which he laughs at Americans. The satirist compiled a program called American Stupidity. Personal life of a satirist
According to reliable information, Mikhail Zadornov was married twice. The writer lived with his first wife Velta Kalnberzina for almost thirty years. After the divorce, Zadornov did not tie himself with family ties for more than ten years. The second time he married Alena Bombina, who was 20 years younger than her husband. In 1986 they had a daughter. In the fall of 2016, Zadornov fell ill. He was diagnosed with cancer. For a year, he tried to defeat the disease. No miracle happened. Mikhail Nikolaevich died in November 2017, when he was 69 years old.
