Judy Greer (full name Judy Teresa Evans) is an American actress, screenwriter, director, and producer. Greer's creative career in cinema began with a small role in the thriller "The Sick" and in the comedy "Pretend Kiss". A year later, she became the leading performer in the film "Murder Queens".
Judy had no intention of becoming an actress. From childhood, she studied classical ballet and did not stand out among her peers, on the contrary, she was always a very quiet and inconspicuous girl.

Luck was with the young aspiring actress. Literally a few days after graduation, she was approved for a small role in the comedy "Pretend Kiss", where the main character was played by the famous actor David Schwimmer.
The premiere of the picture was supposed to take place in Hollywood. Judy received an official invitation to the premiere. She immediately packed her things and flew to Los Angeles. It was this event that became decisive in the life of the actress. After attending the premiere of the film, she no longer left Hollywood, having the opportunity to continue her acting career in the cinematic capital of America.

A year after moving to Hollywood, Greer got the lead role in the film Murder Queens. She played a student at the Fern Mayo High School.
The plot of the picture was set in one of the American schools. Three girls, who consider themselves uncrowned queens, decided to arrange a prank for their friend on her birthday. But the joke turned out to be deadly, the friend died. The girls hid the traces of the murder, but did not even suspect that they were being watched by one of the school's students - the inconspicuous, notorious girl Fern. She begins to pretend to be a dead girl and as a result becomes a real star of the school.
The film was well received by the audience and received high marks from film critics, and Judy had the first real fans of her work.
Greer got her next minor roles in the films What Women Want and The Wedding Planner.
In the film "What Women Want" she played an inconspicuous trainee girl who works in a large advertising agency, to whom no one pays attention. The central characters in the film were performed by Mel Gibson and Helen Hunt. Despite the fact that Greer appeared on the screen in only a few episodes, her role was remembered by the audience.
In the film "Wedding Planner" she played along with the famous D. Lopez, becoming in the film her assistant in the preparation of wedding ceremonies. Again, Greer's secondary role did not go unnoticed.
