When you think of writing a book, you often don’t know where to start. On the one hand, the general idea of the book has already formed in my head. On the other hand, you feel that in order for an idea to become a book, you need to organize your thoughts. A plan will help you compose a book, a kind of backbone on which it will be built.
Instructions
Step 1
Typically, each book covers one big topic. It is considered in different aspects, and the more there are, the deeper the topic is revealed. Each aspect is a chapter in the structure of your book. Think through all the aspects with which you will expand the topic of the book and write a general list of all the chapters.
Step 2
Then work out the outline for each chapter separately. Think about what subtopic this chapter will cover, what questions it will answer. Write down any ideas and insights that come to your mind along the way, even if it seems to you now that this information is superfluous or in some way inappropriate for the book. The plan can change as you work on the book, and it is quite possible that information that previously seemed unnecessary will later turn out to be just right.
Step 3
Now you already more or less clearly imagine what you will write about in your book. It's time to evaluate what information you need to write a book and start collecting the missing information.
Step 4
After all the information is received, go back to your plan. It is possible that after data collection, any chapters and sub-paragraphs will appear or disappear. Now you can work out the plan for each chapter in more detail - work on such a plan will go faster than if it is too simplistic. After that, you can already start writing a book.
