But for persons registered as a legal entity, memory will not help: in any case, it is better to find out everything thoroughly. Here the question may arise: "Will they be allowed abroad in the presence of an unpaid fine for motor vehicle offenses?" In fact, hardly anyone remembers how many times in the last ten years (for such a period of time the license is issued) he violated the traffic rules. Remember that the presence of such an unpaid fine is not a basis for a ban on traveling abroad, and all actions of employees of the Federal Border Service, which are aimed at creating obstacles to travel, are illegal.

If you have a computer at home, you can check if you have debts directly on the Internet, online. Open the website of the Bailiff Service, then go to the "Information about debt" section. Enter all the required information and find out if you have restrictions on traveling abroad. It should be noted that this service is currently working in test mode and will not always be able to give a reliable result.
Step 3
Contact the territorial office of the Federal Bailiff Service at the place of your permanent registration, as this is the surest way to find out whether or not there is a restriction on travel abroad. For this procedure, you only need to take your passport with you. The bailiff will enter your passport data into the computer in front of you, and within a few minutes you will find out if you have a debt.
Step 4
Pay all outstanding debts at the cash desk of Sberbank. If you contact the Federal Bailiff Service immediately, then the payment can be made there. Please note: the debts you paid will be officially paid off only in a week, so get ready to travel abroad in advance.
