What changes have occurred in 2020 with personal documents.
Everything changes over time. This applies to various spheres of human activity. Until 2020, SNILS was a small green laminated document containing information about the insured person:
- number
- FULL NAME;
- Date of Birth;
- Place of Birth;

- registration date.
This document did not wear out, as it was compact and covered with film, moreover, its small size made it possible to carry it in a passport or other document.
Since 2020, SNILS has been issued in an updated design, which cannot be called convenient to use. In the same year, the insurance certificate is a white sheet of A4 format, which contains all the same information as in the previous version. All information takes up 1/3 of a sheet, the rest remains empty.
Previously, SNILS was issued by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, and now it can be obtained at the Multifunctional Center (MFC). When issuing a document, an employee of the MFC certifies the document on its back side at the bottom of the sheet. This also takes up about 1/3 of the bottom of the sheet. What has changed in the INN since 2020

The changes also affected the work book. Its appearance remains the same, but this is temporary and only for those who wish to use the paper version of the work book. For those who have chosen the innovation, the work book is out of use, and it is being replaced by an electronic work book (ETC).
She does not have to be carried to a new job and taken away upon dismissal. All this will be available in electronic form on the website of the State Services, the Pension Fund, the MFC. And also in the form of a paper statement, an e-book can be printed at the previous place of work or in the organizations listed above.
In this change, a certain convenience can be noted, since there is no need to visit the personnel department to obtain a certified copy of the work book, and you also don’t have to carry it from one workplace to another.
