Finding information about the whereabouts of people is difficult even for law enforcement agencies. But do not despair, but rather try to use all available means, including the Internet.
Instructions
Step 1
Enter in any search engine on the Internet the query: "Find a person in Ukraine." You will be given several sites with service offers to choose from. Among them, choose the one that suits you best and fill in the appropriate forms in Ukrainian. Pay for the services of the site, if such is provided by the terms of the "User Agreement". Be careful: cases of fraud and offers of services for small amounts have become more frequent on the Internet. If the site of your choice does not have contacts, documentation, or a license number, do not make any payments. Before any monetary transaction, call the office of the company of your choice and make sure that the company exists. Do not download the entire database of residents of Ukraine for free or for a modest fee, and be wary if such a file weighs less than 1.2 GB.
Step 2
Download the latest telephone directory of Ukraine on the Internet (this option is suitable for finding the main tenant or landlord, on whose living space a landline telephone is installed). Make sure the city of the person you want to live in is represented in this directory. In the special field, enter the address of residence of the subscriber you need. The program will provide you with the phone number and full name of the person you are looking for.
Step 3
Apply on television to one of the programs for the search for people. Nobody gives a guarantee that a person will be found. The time spent on this type of search varies from a month to a year or more.
Step 4
You can apply to the police department with a corresponding statement if other options do not suit you. Take a sample of drawing up a document from the police or download it from the Internet. In your application, be sure to indicate the reasons why you need to find a person. Register your application and await the results of the work of government services.
