Step 1
All charitable foundations are registered as non-profit organizations. Therefore, their activities are regulated by Federal Law No. 7 "On Non-Commercial Organizations". All regulatory documents required for the registration of a foundation must be drawn up in accordance with this law.
Step 2
Make the minutes of the meeting # 1 as the first document. On the agenda, indicate the creation of a charitable foundation; approval of the charter; formation of the composition of the founders; election of the board of the foundation and determination of its location.
Step 3
To write the charter of the foundation, use similar documents that are posted on the websites of existing charitable organizations. All statutes are approximately the same in content. You will only need to correct it according to the direction of your activity.
Step 4
To register a fund, you must have an address where it will be located. It can be a rented office, or you can conclude an agreement with any commercial, non-profit or government structure for the provision of postal services.
Step 5
Registration documents for a non-profit organization are submitted to the Ministry of Justice. The application can be printed on the website of the Ministry of Justice - this is the form RN0001. It is filled in only on the computer and printed. Only the applicant signs on the sheets, where necessary. His signature must be certified by a notary. If another person submits documents, he must have a notarized power of attorney. All documents for registration are filed in a folder.
Step 6
The consideration of your application can take from a month to two. During this time, you need to contact the contractor who took the case into production, and find out if everything is correct and if there are any shortcomings.
