According to the Federal Law "On Compulsory Pension Insurance in the Russian Federation", the policyholder, that is, your employer, must make contributions to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. To control how conscientiously he performs this, you can wait for a special notification from the FIU or contact the territorial body of the FIU.

It is necessary

  • - passport;
  • - certificate of compulsory pension insurance.

Instructions

Step 1

The document that the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation sends annually to everyone for whom contributions are made to its budget is called "Notice of the state of the individual personal account of the insured person in the compulsory pension insurance system." This notice contains the sections "Information on insurance contributions to finance the funded part of the labor pension" and "Information on insurance contributions to finance the insurance part of the labor pension". Study them carefully, it is from them that you can find out about your transfers for a certain period.

Step 2

If, however, a special notification about the state of your personal account does not come from the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, or you want to check your deductions for other reasons, you can apply personally to the territorial PFR Office at your place of residence. The Pension Fund provides information about the status of your individual personal account once a year.

Step 3

Find out the address, phone number and opening hours of the required territorial authority on the website of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. Call and specify the days and time of the appointment on the issue of interest to you, as well as who to contact about this. At the indicated time, visit your territorial PFR Office, taking with you a passport and a certificate of compulsory pension insurance, since it is on these documents that the information you are interested in is provided.

Step 4

If you disagree with the information provided by the Russian Pension Fund, contact your employer.

In case of violation of your rights, you can defend your rights on the basis of Article 15 of the Federal Law "On Compulsory Pension Insurance in the Russian Federation" dated December 15, 2001 No. 167 and Article 11 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
