When a person receives a letter, the first thing he pays attention to is its accuracy, handwriting, paragraph arrangement and other subtleties that can show how the author of the letter relates to the recipient. It is clear that when it is with blots, corrections, with very large fields or without them, without a date and without a signature, then the sender did not treat the recipient with due respect. Therefore, even when the letter has not yet been read, it can already say a lot. Hence the conclusion: to make a good impression, the letter must be properly formatted. Now directly about how to arrange a letter.

The structure of the letter should be as follows: an appeal, the direct text of the letter, a conclusion containing some form of politeness, signature and date.

Registration rules:

1. The first part of the letter - the appeal is written on a new line, contains the recipient's name, and if the letter is official, then the surname. After the address, either a comma, or a period, or an exclamation mark is placed.

2. The text of the letter, of course, begins with a red line and a capital letter. There should be margins on the right and left, top and bottom, of course, within reason. The writing should be legible and accurate. Parts of the letter that are logically complete should be drawn up in paragraphs. It is also necessary to respect the distance between paragraphs and lines.

3. The final form of courtesy should be written in the lower right corner. If the letter is business or official, then you can subscribe like this - "with respect" or "with respect". If the letter is to a relative or friend, then there are many options for how to finish the letter, for example: "sincerely yours (yours)," "Yours or yours," "Kisses", etc.

4. It is also better to put the date in the lower right corner.

5. The date does not need to be designated only with numbers, because, for example, in England the first digit denotes the day, and the USA - the month. Therefore, it is better to write like this: March 1, 2010.

6. It remains to arrange the envelope. The recipient's address is written in the lower right corner, and you need to start with “to whom”, and then write “where”. And the sender's address is written accordingly in the upper left corner.
