Leave your home address or email address in order to receive a key to activate the "Personal Account". After 2 weeks, you will receive a key and, by specifying it, as well as the password entered during registration, in the required fields, you can see, by selecting the appropriate link, whether all the fines you paid have been paid off.

You can also use the services of other sites: https://www.gibdd.ru (the official site of the traffic police), https://www.moishtrafi.ru (not for all regions). Select your region, enter the required data for registration and receive information about fines.
Step 4
Check if the fines have been paid by sending a paid SMS to the short number 9112 (for any mobile operator) with the text: STSI No. TS№VU. You will receive a message containing information about unpaid fines. Look at the receipts to see if it is true.
Step 5
If you are sure that you have paid this or that fine, and you can document it (receipts, bank statements), and the databases contain completely different information, you will have to contact any traffic police department and ask to correct the information about your debts. To do this, you will need to write an application and attach certified copies of the documents you have, confirming the fact of payment.
