Saint Blessed Matrona is asked for healing from diseases, meeting with a betrothed, motherhood, getting rid of alcohol and drug addiction, help in solving material problems, in school or work, getting rid of suffering.
Step 2
When invoking Saint Matrona as your helpers, remember that first of all you need to turn in prayers to the Savior and the Most Holy Theotokos. Ask Matronushka to pray for you before the Lord and help you.
Step 3
You can turn to Saint Matrona in the church where you usually go, or at home, or in any other place: it is not the environment that is important, but firm faith in God and prayer performed with an open heart. Usually, the Orthodox ask the saints for help, making the sign of the cross and kissing the icon with their lips. But if in front of you there is no image of Matrona of Moscow, mentally imagine it to yourself, closing your eyes, and feel the connection with her.

In Orthodox prayer books, you will find an akathist and a prayer to St. Matrona, with which she is asked for help or gratitude. It can be learned by heart or read from a book. If you do not know or do not remember the prayers, you can speak on your own with those words that come from the depths of your soul and heart.
