Biography
Ksenia was born in 1991 in the city of Bolgrad, Odessa region. Her parents met in Donetsk, got married, and then the head of the family as a military man was sent to serve in Ivanovo, where the future Miss Russia spent her childhood.
In one interview, she said that her family lived poorly, but cheerfully - like everyone else in those days. Children indulged in their usual amusements: in winter - snowballs, skates and sledges, and in summer - berries and mushrooms. Until now, Ksenia and her sister Tsvetalina are not averse to wandering through the forest and picking up strong mushrooms or aspen mushrooms.
Many girls in Ivanovo are eager to get to the local beauty pageant, and Ksenia was no exception. When she turned sixteen, she applied for the Ivanovskaya Beauty contest, but she was simply not accepted. But a year later, Shipilova took third place in this competition. This is what perseverance and determination mean.
After that, the girl received an invitation to take part in the casting of "Miss Russia". The whole family was shocked, my mother was categorically against the trip to Moscow, but all her relatives managed to persuade her, and Ksenia went to the casting.
She passed the casting and took third place at Miss Russia. However, the most amazing thing about this story was that she was sent to the Miss World competition. The surprise was that Xenia herself did not see anything special in herself. It seemed that she had not yet left adolescence and remained a real child. Perhaps this bribed the members of the commission.
Ksenia has a useful education for her business - economics. After leaving school, she entered the Ivanovo Textile Academy to study room design, and then transferred to the Faculty of Economics. And then she entered the journalism department at Moscow State University, the evening department, because at that time she was already working as a model in Moscow.
Career in the beauty industry
This business was not done immediately and not suddenly. When Ksenia was nineteen years old, she was invited to work in Moscow, in the Civil Initiative Support Fund. The second place of her work was the public organization "Young Guard". But she left there too, because most of all she values personal freedom. And in such organizations, they demand to keep up with some kind of ideology, even if you do not completely agree with it.
Therefore, Shipilova decided to develop independently, and now she has two important things to do: a beauty studio and work in the charity project "Good Stories". Within the framework of the project, there is a fund where everyone can contribute funds to help those in need.
In general, Xenia from a young age had a need to help people. Since the eighth grade, she has been involved in various volunteer activities and helps in community affairs.
Now she lives in Moscow, and doing good deeds is becoming more and more difficult: a lot of time is spent on any business to get to the place for some kind of meeting, and so on. However, she likes the capital for its rhythm and the fact that it gives great opportunities.
About myself
Over the years, Ksenia has become more confident - she says so about herself. The other side of this trait is the desire to control everything and "steer the situation." She says that she has the quality of possessiveness, and she would like to get rid of it. She does not know how to remain silent if she sees injustice or dishonesty, and considers it incontinent. Friends like this quality in her - they consider it directness and openness.
She herself loves honest and open people with an active life position. And also those who love both to receive and to give, knows how to thank.
She becomes happy at the moment when she manages to help people, and does it constantly, as soon as such an opportunity is presented.
And she also believes that you need to live a full life, because we live only once. And in order not to regret in old age that he did nothing, saw and learned little - you need to feel life every minute and admire it in all its manifestations.
Personal life
Ksenia often visits Ivanovo, with her mother. They are very friendly, support each other in "girls' affairs". Dad doesn't live with them.
She began making friends with boys at the age of fourteen. Her boyfriend was two years older, and he seemed very brutal to her - he loved music. It was a completely childish relationship.
Then there was such love, because of which Ksenia almost left home: youthful maximalism demanded everything "here and now." The guy was much older, and her mother forbade him to meet with him, the girl was hysterical. But everything passed quickly, as it happens in these years.
Ksenia is really very frank, and tells everything about herself in great detail. In one interview, she talked about her unhappy love when she turned eighteen. Then she was still not very confident in herself, and the man took advantage of this: he tried to control every step and said what can be done and what not. And then he abruptly disappeared, which caused the girl great suffering. However, this only hardened her character, and just then she became a finalist for Miss World.
Ksenia is not going to get married yet - she believes that she has some kind of mission that she must fulfill until she has a family.
