Biography

Alexandra Strelnikova's family was large. Her mother, Alexandra Severovna, married for love at the age of 17 to a man 20 years older than her. Father's name was Nikolai Dmitrievich. Parents raised three daughters, besides Alexandra, they also had girls - Tatiana and Nina.

The year of birth of Alexandra Strelnikova is 1912. Fate decreed that her father left the family, and Sasha's mother and her children moved to Vladivostok in 1920. These were turbulent revolutionary years. The Strelnikovs found shelter and refuge in the house of Alexandra Severovna's elder sister Lydia.

Since her mother, before the revolution, successfully taught music at the opera and drama theater in Moscow, Alexandra chose a singing career. She was attracted by opera creativity. In the thirties of the last century, she became an opera singer, and the place of her work and career was the Musical Theater named after K. S. Stanislavsky and V. I. Nemirovich-Danchenko. The mother of the opera singer continued to work as a singing teacher at the Novosibirsk Philharmonic. For a good formulation of the voice, already in those days there were exercises that were used by opera singers for chanting. Alexandra Strelnikova perfectly owned the training complex from a young age.

Work and career

The years of the war passed and Alexandra Strelnikova got into the propaganda team, which consisted of amateur artists of Novosibirsk. The artists toured all the small towns and villages of the Novosibirsk Region with concerts. Simultaneously with her concert activities, Strelnikova taught the singing art of young performers. In 1953 she returned to Moscow. Her students came to the capital with her, who entered the leading educational institutions - the famous Gnessin School and the Tchaikovsky Conservatory without any problems.

The singer lived with her mother in Sokolniki. The eldest Strelnikova worked at the State Estrada Theater, and Alexandra herself continued teaching, but already at the Central House of Culture of Railwaymen.

The invention of gymnastics

Mom took great care of Sasha, as her health deteriorated sharply, chronic heart disease progressed, which was accompanied by attacks of suffocation. By trial and error, women have created a unique technique for restoring voice and breathing, which has become widely popular under the name Strelnikova gymnastics.

The trainings gave remarkable results - the lost voice was restored, heart and asthmatic attacks passed, the general condition improved qualitatively. It was an extraordinary contribution to the health of people.

Alexandra Strelnikova received a copyright patent for her method of voice loss restoration in 1973. The registration of the right took place at the All-Union Scientific Research Institute of Patent Examination.

Thanks to her position in life and tireless training, Alexandra Strelnikova was in excellent physical shape. A terrible accident tragically ended the life of a talented person in 1989.
