If the dignity, health and even more the life of you or your loved ones are in danger, then feeling sorry for the enemy in such a situation means showing unjustified weakness. Learn to transform from a human into a ferocious beast during the battle, while maintaining your inner composure. Let the enemy not only be afraid of you, but also be terrified of you.

Arming yourself with brass knuckles or other homemade weapons in advance is fraught with problems with the law, and will you always carry it with you? It is better to instantly assess the situation and arm yourself with what comes to hand: a club, a can, or a broken bottle. Take it in hand and go to the enemy. At the same time, with a handy object as a weapon, you need not just beat, but use it as an extension of the hand. Best defense is attack. While you hesitate in anticipation of the actions of your enemy, he will seize your initiative and move on you. Your trump card is an instant assessment of the situation, surprise and swiftness.

What if the enemy looks intimidating and, for example, is two heads taller than you and twice as wide at the shoulders? Well, as the saying goes, "a big closet falls down loudly." Your opponent is a person just like you, and he has vulnerabilities that you simply need to get into and make it as painful for him as possible. If you are determined, then in your hands even a nail file or the most ordinary nail sandwiched between your fingers like brass knuckles can become a weapon. If you still do not feel confident in your abilities, then just imagine this person naked and … funny. Present it in a caricatured and comical way. Then it will be easy for you to regain the confidence you need during the fight.

So, strength plays almost no role, and therefore you do not need to have huge muscles. You just need to know the vulnerabilities and get there. Vulnerable spots of the enemy: groin (well, this does not need to be explained), kidneys, solar plexus, back of the head, eyes, temples. And if you hit the attacker with force in a place that is just above the heel, then he may generally become lame on this leg. From this moment, two conclusions can be drawn: 1. knowing the key to neutralizing the enemy, even a teenager can defend himself; 2. your vulnerabilities should be most carefully protected.

Still, the best fight is a failed fight. Try not to provoke a fight yourself. It is known that most often a fight begins with words that develop into an aggressive skirmish. When the limit of patience of one of the participants is exhausted, a fight ensues. Therefore, the best way is not to allow a fight in the bud. Do not succumb to provocations, do not succumb to negative emotions, do not offend or humiliate the enemy. Because aggression breeds aggression.

If there is an opportunity to get out of a conflict situation without a fight, use it. Situations are different, and you need to proceed from the situation itself, as well as from the psychology of the enemy. Fighting is the last resort, and far from the best. After all, your life or even the life of your loved ones may be at stake. But if a fight cannot be avoided, then we need to attack first and win.

In conclusion, a few words about the technique and power of the blow. While strength isn't critical, it doesn't hurt to stay fit, especially since it's good for your health. In terms of technique, knowledge of a few strikes and techniques may be sufficient. But: these strikes and techniques must be honed to perfection and must be constantly or at least from time to time practiced. For this purpose, you can enroll in the hand-to-hand combat section, as well as train with someone you know or on home-made simulators that imitate the enemy.
