In 2014, the famous USSR children's film "The Adventures of Electronics" celebrated its 35th anniversary. He was remembered, among other things, for the magnificent cast. And both for adults and children. Alas, later, almost all young artists, including the leading roles of the twin brothers Vladimir and Yuri Torsuev, chose a different, not acting path at all. As it sounds in one of the songs, becoming adults, yesterday's guys, as expected, scattered all over the world.
"Elektronik" walks across the country
About a little-known actor who was lucky to play in a film that instantly became popular, they sometimes say: “I woke up famous in the morning!”. Something similar happened to a whole group of Soviet schoolchildren, in the late 70s, selected for filming in "Adventures" by director Konstantin Bromberg.
As they themselves say, now they are already quite respectable adults, immediately after the premiere of them, especially the Torsuevs, almost the whole country recognized and fell in love with them in absentia. And 24 hours were not enough to read letters to newly minted movie stars. The natural result of such frenzied popularity was the awarding of the State Prize to the film. And the spectators themselves, their peers, began to wait in new films.
Konstantin Bromberg, who later emigrated to the United States, wanted to invite all the children to shoot his new film "The Wizards" and offer them the roles of brownies. But this idea was opposed by the parents of the children.
Russian brothers
To the chagrin of the fans, the only one who could break into the adult film elite was Oksana Fandera. And in "Electronics" she got only a small role of a girl who constantly called Chizhikov "Ryzhikov". By the way, in addition to participating in the films of her husband Philip Yankovsky "Stone Head", "State Councilor" and "On the Move", Oksana in 88th won a prize in the first Soviet competition "Moscow Beauty".
The Torsuev brothers - Vladimir ("Electronic") and Yuri ("Sergei Syroezhkin") - later also starred in several films ("Dunno from our yard", "Russian brothers", "Venetian mirror"). True, without much success. After working as truck drivers and serving in the army (during the war in Afghanistan, there was unpleasant talk that they died there), the brothers went into business, where they managed to reach certain heights. Vladimir even worked as an administrator for Nikita Mikhalkov and a representative of one of the Russian companies under the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. And now, unlike the Muscovite Yuri, he lives in Novosibirsk.
In 2010, it was reported that a 30-episode sequel to "Electronics" with the participation of the Torsuev brothers would be filmed in the USA. However, the project did not go beyond words.
The only one of the entire "class" who received a theatrical education was Vasily Modest, the big man "Makar Gusev". He graduated from a specialized school that existed at the Odessa Film Studio. But then, following the example of his ancestors, Modest chose the sea, became a boatswain on a merchant ship. "Chizhikov-Ryzhikov", in his adult life, Evgeny Lifshits, received an excellent education at the Schnittke Institute of Music. He plays in the German Düsseldorf Symphony Orchestra and teaches at one of the local universities. Dmitry Maksimov ("Smirnov"), after returning from the Border Troops, mastered the specialty of a financier and also went into business. Oksana Alekseeva, who played the role of the first school beauty Maya, later became a certified computer economist and found her earthly happiness in France. Muscovite Valeria Soluyan, based on the film "Kukushkina", is now a dermatologist.
The most tragic fate happened to "Korolkov" - Maxim Kalinin. After graduating, like Alekseeva, from the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University, he successfully worked in the banking and oil business. In December 2011, on the First Channel, in memory of Maxim Kalinin, the program "Let them talk" appeared. On it, for the first time in 32 years, everyone who played schoolchildren in 79th gathered.
Actor, still an actor
No matter how talented the teenagers are, they are unlikely to be able to play in a real film the way the director needs without being next to them adult professionals. Of course, the actor is not the actor. But in the case of "The Adventures of Electronics" Bromberg managed to assemble a really stellar and perfectly played with children composition, well known to moviegoers and theatergoers. Indeed, the list of leading actors included such recognized masters of stage and screen as Bulgakova, Basov, Vesnik, Grinko, Karachentsov, Perfilov and others.
Unfortunately, the 35th anniversary of the film could be celebrated by a few of the pros, old enough even in the 79th. Only "Syroezhkin's parents" survived to him - the famous Russian film actor Yuri Chernov and Natalia Vasazhenko, now living in Odessa and working as a TV presenter, "drawing teacher" and Russian actress Marina Samoilova, as well as Valentina Voilkova, who emigrated to France, where she voices and translates film production … In the film, Valentina played a minor role as a saleswoman for Children's World, who handed Electronics a toy dog Rassie.
Real dogs live much less not only toys, but also people. And therefore, for a long time, the charming Airedale Terrier Chingiz, who played the role of Ressi, has not been in the world. By the way, later Chingiz managed to demonstrate his artistic talent in the film “The Life and Adventures of Four Friends”.
