Precisely in order to make it easier to manage such a colossus. To establish qualitative changes, both the center of the country and its outskirts must work. In a single impulse, a single desire with a single goal. Only then will there be a result.

It is worth understanding that such a task as the development of Russia is far from an easy one. As they say, the fish rots from the head. But on the other side. Is the solution to completely replace the entire existing government? That is unlikely. The problem runs much deeper. It's all about the people themselves. Even if all the deputies, ministers and presidents are replaced with new ones, there will be no sense from this, because the "lower classes" themselves do not want to change.

It seems that it was pronounced too often, and the people simply forgot how to think on their own, placing all their problems on the shoulders of the state and constantly accusing the officials that they are not doing anything, but only robbing and destroying the country.

To be honest, it is the lower classes themselves who destroy everything. There is always a choice. And the social stratum, which is made up of workers, teachers, doctors and others, makes its choice. They choose dull jobs in budget organizations with minimum wages. This is their choice. All young people move to live from the countryside to the big cities - the villages are emptying, therefore, agriculture is experiencing a terrible decline.

In order to equip Russia, each resident of the country must change his worldview, must make adjustments in his consciousness, must understand that everything depends on him alone, that shifting responsibility onto the state is the same as leaving himself to chance. Seeming stability is deceiving.

As it was once said, the worst thing is to be born in a time of change. It turned out that it is scary not to be born, but to live at this time. When really every man for himself. And as long as the attitude towards oneself and towards the world around does not change, the country will remain in decline.
