How to write a letter

The letter, if correctly worded, will be registered and reviewed within 30 days from the date of registration. Appeals related to emergencies and the rights of the child are processed within a short timeframe.

In case of a positive decision, a corresponding notification will be sent to the indicated e-mail address.
