Childhood and youth

It was in such an environment that Yuri Vladimirovich Kot developed and was brought up. The boy grew up as an inquisitive and energetic child. Today, for some reason, such children are called hyperactive, and in the middle of the last century they were considered ordinary.
The future actor and showman was born on January 23, 1976 in an ordinary Soviet family. Parents at that time lived in the famous city of Zhitomir. My father served as an actor in the local drama theater. Mother worked as a teacher of Ukrainian language and literature in a secondary educational institution. Yuri learned to read early. Even in preschool age, he willingly spoke at various events in kindergarten. He recited poetry from the stage. The audience especially liked the poem "Baggage" by Samuil Marshak. He also sang popular songs from children's cartoons about Cheburashka.
Yuri studied well at school. I did well in all subjects. He took an active part in social events. He was regularly invited to amateur art shows, in which the Cat won prizes. After leaving school, he decided to get a specialized education at the Zhytomyr Pedagogical Institute. Student years flew by like an instant. In parallel with his studies, he participated in the productions of the club of the cheerful and resourceful, worked as an announcer on local television, which did not prevent Yuri from receiving a diploma with honors.
Professional activity
For almost two years, graduate Yuriy Kot taught Ukrainian language and literature to students of the pedagogical institute. At the same time, he worked as a teacher in a special boarding school for hearing impaired children. Classes were held on Saturdays and the cat did not demand payment for his work. In addition to this, he was seriously mastering the profession of a presenter on the regional television. By the mid-90s, the situation in the economy worsened. The salary was paid with a delay. The prices of groceries and consumer goods rose inexorably.
Soberly assessing his capabilities and prospects, Yuri decided to move to Kiev. In the capital, he began collaborating with television channels as a freelance correspondent. And he entered the directing department of the Karpenko-Kary Theater Institute. In 2003, the Cat took part in the casting, which was conducted by the Inter TV channel. The promising actor was recognized as the winner, and for several years he became the “voice of the TV channel”. His television career was quite successful. Yuri was systematically invited to participate in various television and film projects.
For the first time, viewers saw the Cat on the screen after the release of the film "Doll". Full fame came to the actor after showing the pictures "The husband is returning from a business trip" and "The Year of the Goldfish". Over time, Yuri realized that he was cramped in the role of an actor. By this time, he was already writing scripts and gaining directorial experience. One of the most popular television projects was the show "Everything for You" on the "Inter" channel. The program was aimed at a youth audience, and this calculation turned out to be correct. A few years later, the situation in Ukraine changed dramatically.
In the political arena
In the second half of 2013, Ukraine began to be shaken by mass demonstrations of citizens who demanded an improvement in their hopeless life. A successive series of rallies and demonstrations in a short time grew into a large-scale protest action, which was called the Maidan. The Ukrainian people were divided into two parts. Some supported President Viktor Yanukovych, others demanded his resignation. The struggle was heating up and Yuri could not stand aside. He was a firm advocate of change and reform within the framework of the current constitution.
However, the extremist-minded thugs did not listen to the voice of reason. Yuri Kot was attacked and severely beaten by unknown hooligans. After this incident, he began to receive frank threats. The TV presenter, under the pressure of circumstances, was forced to seek shelter in Russia. Many politicians and public figures have already gathered here, who had a negative attitude towards the events taking place in Ukraine. Yuri was immediately attracted to participate in information projects that covered and commented on the events taking place in Kiev. In 2018, he took over as press secretary of the World Russian People's Council.
Creativity and personal life
As part of his responsibilities for preparing information for the broadcast, the Cat did not leave his creative pursuits. In order to ensure financial independence for himself and his colleagues, Yuri established the All for You ART holding. The structure of this company includes a children's photo studio, an advertising agency, a recording studio, and a wedding agency. Each "unit" makes its own contribution to the common cause.
The personal life of the TV presenter has developed well. Yuri has been legally married for many years. A husband and wife are raising and raising a son. Time will tell which profession the young man will choose.
