On the professional stage
The St. Petersburg Conservatory is known all over the world for the high quality of its teaching. Talented performers, as students, are recruited to participate in local theater productions. Dzhioeva first appeared on the professional stage in 2004, performing Mimi's aria in the famous opera La Bohème. A year later, she received a diploma and, according to the current rules, the singer was invited to the troupe of the Novosibirsk Opera and Ballet Theater. Veronica was genuinely surprised when she arrived at her new place of residence. The cultural life in the city was in full swing. The theater staged performances of both the classical repertoire and the works of contemporary authors.
After the official presentation, Dzhioeva was approved for the role of the Countess in the opera The Marriage of Figaro. Of course, Veronica was worried. Veronika Dzhioeva's work on the opera stage has received numerous awards and prizes. In 2008 she received a diploma from the Golden Mask Theater Festival. Two years later, the singer received the Czech National Prize "EURO Pragensis Ars" for her great contribution to the popularization of operatic art. In the spring of 2011, Dzhioeva was invited to perform in Munich, where she sang Tatyana's aria from the opera Eugene Onegin, accompanied by the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra.
