Very often, the personnel or accounting service of an enterprise, at the request of state authorities, local governments, other third-party organizations, as well as at the written request of an employee, draws up one or another certificate. Most often, certificates are required confirming that a person is an employee of a given enterprise or certificates of wages. It is necessary to draw up a certificate, like any other official document, in accordance with certain rules.
Instructions
Step 1
For compilation of certificates, sheets of standard A4 paper are used. As a rule, certificates are provided to external organizations, then their form can be formalized and represent the company's letterhead, with the word "Help" placed in the middle of the sheet.
Step 2
If the help text is standard and short, then you can use special A5 forms. They indicate the output data of the enterprise and a stencil text is located in which the surname of the employee for whom the certificate was drawn up and the data of the organization to which it is provided is entered.
Step 3
The organization to which the certificate is provided must be mentioned without fail. It can be indicated either in the upper right corner of the form as the addressee, or in the text of the document. In the latter case, this organization is indicated in the last paragraph of the text, which must begin with the words "The certificate was issued for submission to …".
Step 4
The text of the certificate should begin with the word "Dana" with the surname, name and patronymic of the employee for whom the information is provided, in the dative case. His position and work experience at this enterprise are also indicated here.
Step 5
The certificate must indicate the date of its preparation and, if the issuance of certificates at the enterprise is taken into account, the serial number of the document. The text must be followed by the signature of the official who issued the certificate and the signature of the head of the enterprise, if the certificate is provided to a third-party organization. Signatures are certified by a seal.
