Vladimir Rostislavovich Medinski1 has been the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation since 2012. In addition, he is a member of the United Russia party. Childhood and student years of Medinsky
Vladimir was born into an ordinary Ukrainian family. His father was a career officer, his mother worked as a general practitioner. Career

A year later, Vladimir retired from public service and began working with regional publishing houses in the election headquarters of the Fatherland-All Russia bloc.
In December 2003, Vladimir Rostislavovich was elected to the State Duma and registered with the United Russia party. From that moment on, the young man became one of the most gifted supporters of Vladimir Putin.
