Biography
Jack Scanlon was born in Canterbury on August 6, 1998 into a Jewish family. Since childhood, Jack was a very versatile child - he liked to do art, football, he was fond of music. Together with his father, the boy was (and is now) rooting for the Aldershot Town football club.
Jack, the eldest son of the Scanlons, received his secondary education at Roger Manwood's school, and began attending a drama theater club there. At the age of eight, he got to the casting of the series "The Peter Stefanovich Show" and played a cameo role there.

But he is interested in everything - and he gets to know his peer Shmuel, and then, having obtained the same striped pajamas, like those of a new friend, he penetrates into the territory of a strange "farm".
For the role of Shmuel, it was Jack Scanlon who was chosen after long auditions and doubts. The boy brilliantly coped with his difficult role, and they started talking about him. This film, released in 2008, was Jack's debut in a feature film.
