Childhood and adolescence

The girl's family lived in 1963 in Petrozavodsk, where Oksana was born in the spring. Viktor Vasilyevich, the girl's father, coached the national athletics team, and her mother, Svetlana Andreevna, was the special correspondent of the Vremya program on the Central Television.

By the age of 10, Oksana fulfilled the “master of sports” standard in gymnastics and successfully studied music. The family was sure that the girl would develop her abilities in the future, and her biography would be associated with music or a sports career. Oksana was a successful student, and it seemed that her fate was a foregone conclusion. But Pushkina chose a completely different path that surprised her family and friends.

After graduating from high school, Oksana leaves for Leningrad, where she enters the university to become a journalist. It is possible that Oksana's choice of profession was influenced by her mother, who worked in this profession for many years. But the girl herself said that this was her own choice, connected with the fact that she wanted to convey to people her view of life and her opinion. She successfully graduated from the university, received a higher education and a coveted diploma.

When the girl was still a student, she experienced the first emotional shock. Her parents filed for divorce, and everyone wanted to look like a "hero" in the girl's eyes, telling unpleasant stories about each other. The family broke up and for Pushkina it was a real test. She loved both parents, their breakup greatly affected her emotional state.

Money problems soon began. The father, who always helped his daughter, got married and soon a child was born in a new family, who was given preference. Oksana had to look for a job to support her life and complete her studies. The girl worked as a cleaner and a washer of refrigerators, sometimes immediately after the shift she went to study. Self-confidence, persistent character and perseverance allowed Oksana to cope with her problems and start a career.

Career and creativity

As a student, Oksana saw one of Vladislav Konovalov's programs "Children of Strife". The story about the problems of family life, about dramas, divorces, abandoned children and psychological trauma greatly affected Oksana and she decided that she needed to tell about her life by writing to the editor of the program. Her story attracted Konovalov's attention, and he invited the girl to the studio, where they talked for a long time and discussed a common topic. After the conversation, Oksana received an offer to start working on the project together with Vladislav.

Relations with Vladislav were not limited to official ones, and pretty soon he began to look after the girl, invite her on dates and give gifts. Their romance ended with a wedding.

Oksana continued to engage in television projects, working on the local Leningrad channel, and began to broadcast several programs. It cannot be said that the first years of her work brought fame and glory to Oksana, but she successfully received rich creative experience.

Soon Pushkina was offered to continue her studies and work in America, where she went in 1993. After working for several years on one of the American television channels, she returns to Russia and begins to create her own projects. From that time on, the meteoric rise of her career started.

The first author's project of the TV presenter appeared in the late 90s. It was named “Women's stories of Oksana Pushkina”. In it, Pushkina led a story about famous people, their secrets, ups and downs, meetings and partings. For two years, the program was successfully broadcast on ORT, but at some point it began to have serious disagreements with the representatives of the editorial board and the management of the TV channel. The program was closed, and Pushkina went to work at NTV.

In a new place, Oksana creates another author's program, similar to the one that came out earlier, under the title "The Female Look of Oksana Pushkina." By this time, she has become one of the most famous TV presenters of copyright programs and receives the Olympia Women's Award.

A few years later, Oksana was invited to a new job on the Central Channel. Soon, her new author's project on the topic of family relations and divorces "I am filing for divorce" appears, but, perhaps due to a lack of interest in this topic or due to an unfortunate choice of time, the project did not succeed and was closed a few months later.

Having decided to try his hand at documentary films, Pushkina shoots a film that was released in 2014 on the First Channel. It was called “Irina Rodnina. A woman with character. Oksana acted as the author and director of the film. At the same time, she begins to delve into social activities and the political life of the state, and in 2015 she becomes the Ombudsman for the Rights of the Child in Moscow. And a year later he became a member of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

Personal life

The first husband is the famous television presenter Vladislav Konovalov. They have been married for over two decades. The future spouses met when Oksana was still studying at the university and first appeared at the studio in the author's program of the presenter. The husband was much older than Oksana, but this did not prevent their romantic relationship. Although a few years later she learned that Vladislav still has a family and a child, they continued to live together and broke up only in 2010.

Oksana had a child in 1988 - a son, Artem, and the boy's father, almost immediately after his birth, was forced to leave television and go into business to provide for his family. At first, things were going well, this allowed Oksana and her child to leave for America for several years, but then problems began and her husband's business began to fall apart. At the same time, he did not stop communicating with the second family and began to devote a lot of time to his son, and then to his grandson. Apparently, this was the final reason for the breakup.

The second husband is Alexey Shirokikh, an employee of the banking sector. They met in 2012 at one of the parties and soon formalized a relationship. However, this marriage did not become long and the couple soon divorced. A huge number of rumors about the relationship between Alexei and Oksana appeared in the press, but Pushkina categorically denied them.
