Ilya Lvovich was born on July 10, 1947. The parents were Jewish by nationality. The family lived in Chisinau, father was a saddler, mother was a housewife. They lived poorly, the children had to work, so Ilya attended evening school. He studied with difficulty, had no interest in science. At one time, Ilya worked part-time in a puppet theater.

At the age of 18, the young man went to the capital, began to study at a circus school. As Ilya himself believed, he had no other prospects. During his studies, he was an artist of the Mosconcert, performing humorous monologues by Mikhail Mishin, Altov Semyon and other authors on stage. The rooms were a success. After graduating from college, Oleinikov served in the army, where he was a member of the ensemble.

Creative biography

After the army, Oleinikov returned to Chisinau, began to work in the "Smile" team. In 1974, he met a girl and moved to Leningrad with her, where he also began performing on stage with monologues. Then he met Roman Kazakov. They began performing together. The performances were a success, the duo often received invitations from theaters.

In the late 70s, comedians appeared on the screens. In 1986, Roman Kazakov died, Ilya began to look for a new partner. The search lasted 4 years until he met Yuri Stoyanov. It happened on the set of the movie "Anecdotes". This is how a successful creative tandem appeared.

In 1993, Oleinikov and Stoyanov decided to work on their own project, which they called "Gorodok". Very quickly, the program became one of the rating programs, it lasted 19 years. A total of 284 issues were made. Gorodok was twice awarded the TEFI prize.

Oleinikov was a film actor, starred in the films "Trembita", "The Master and Margarita", "The Newlyweds" and many others. Ilya Lvovich managed to implement the project of the musical "The Prophet", its basis was the artist's numbers. To do this, he had to spend a lot of money, Oleinikov sold the apartment, got into debt. However, the musical failed. Oleinikov took it hard, he became depressed.

In 2012, the artist was diagnosed with lung cancer, the treatment weakened the body. Ilya Lvovich died on November 11, 2012.

Personal life

Oleinikov enjoyed success with women, behind him 2 marriages. Oleinikova Irina became his true love. They met in Leningrad, where the artist came on tour. Later, Ilya moved to Irina, took her last name as a stage name. Irina was a singer, then she became a chemist, candidate of sciences.

The couple had a son, Denis Klyaver. He became a musician, was a member of the group Tea for Two. Ilya Lvovich treasured his family very much, the marriage lasted until the death of the artist.
