In the north, it was possible to earn the necessary amount of money for the purchase of housing in a short time. In 1996 they returned to the south, to Stavropol. Here, an experienced teacher and organizer began to engage in social work. In 2003, Olga Mikhailovna was appointed head of the Department for Youth Affairs in the city administration. On her initiative, the first gathering of Orthodox youth was held in the city. Then the intensive development of the KVN movement began.
Four years later, Kazakova was appointed Minister of Culture of the Stavropol Territory. Information about events in the territory of the region regularly appears on federal TV channels. In the biography of Olga Mikhailovna, it is noted that in May 2012 she receives the mandate of a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on the list of the United Russia party.
