In order to ask a question to the Prime Minister, you can use the electronic appeal form posted on the website of the Government of the Russian Federation, visit the website of the Prime Minister, or send a letter to the Central Reception of the United Russia party.
Instructions
Step 1
Visit the official website of Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin. In the upper right part of the page, on a blue background, you will see the inscription "Letter to the Prime Minister", follow the link. Read the procedure for receiving messages from citizens, if you agree with it, click "Continue". Select in the special tab which section your question belongs to. In a separate field, write your message to the prime minister, the text must be within 5,000 characters. Enter personal data about yourself and the address where you want to send the response of the prime minister. In a separate field, enter the five-digit code shown in the picture, click the "Send" button.
Step 2
Use the official website of the Government of the Russian Federation. In the upper left corner, find the button "Write a letter", it is located under the symbol of the White House. Click on it. Read the rules for accepting electronic communications, if you fully agree with them, click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page. Select one of the 22 sections that your question relates to. Write a message to the Prime Minister, it should not exceed 5,000 characters. If you wish, you can attach files in pdf, tif, rtf, txt format, they should not exceed 5 MB. Under the window for contacting, indicate information about your person and the address to which you want to receive a response. Enter in a separate window the security code, consisting of five characters drawn in the picture. Click the "Continue" button.
Step 3
Write a letter to V. V. from the official website of the United Russia party, since the prime minister is its chairman. To do this, on the main page in the horizontal menu, located under the symbols of the party, find the penultimate item "Reception". In the submenu that pops up, select the third item "Central Reception of the Party Chairman", click on it. On the page that opens, you will see contact information, including email [email protected], where you can write a message. You can also use the form below, for this click on the button "Send an appeal to the Chairman of the Party." Do not forget to indicate your coordinates in the body of the letter so that the recipient will find the answer.
