Instructions

Step 1

Write a letter to the President of the Russian Federation. To do this, you need to send your message to the presidential administration at the address: Moscow, Staraya Square, 4. Be prepared for the fact that it is unlikely that your question will go directly to the head of state for consideration. Most likely, it will be read by his administration. But this does not mean that your problem will remain unresolved. The Presidential Administration is making a lot of efforts to help ordinary citizens in solving their problems. Perhaps, in the event of such a need, your question will be forwarded to the relevant department or ministry, but will remain under the control of the administration. The deadline for responding to a written appeal of citizens to the president, established by the law of the Russian Federation, is one month.

Step 2

Contact the president online. Ask your question on the president's website at: https:// appeals.president.rf/. This page details the requirements for filling out an appeal to the head of state and provides a form for writing a written appeal.

Step 3

Contact the head of state through the website of the presidential administration: https://www.kremlin.ru/. Go from the main page of the site to the "Appeals" tab, there you will find a form for writing a letter. Choose an electronic or written form, fill in your details. Enter your last name, first name and patronymic, your email address, phone number, from the drop-down list, select the type of social status that you hold in society, then mark your region. This is followed by a field for writing a direct appeal to the president, which should not exceed 2000 characters. You can attach a file to the letter, the size and acceptable formats of which are indicated on the same page.

Step 4

Take part in a live line held annually with the President of Russia, during which the head of state answers citizens' questions. You can make a call on the direct line and leave a question that concerns you, which, if you are lucky, will be read. It is possible to send questions via the Internet (the website of the federal channel that broadcasts a direct line) or in sms format.
