The prime minister, that is, the head of the cabinet of ministers, is the second most important person in Russia after the president. In many countries, he is also considered one of the highest-ranking officials, and in some states he actually has the highest power. Of course, he is included in the list of people who are under special protection.
Prime ministers, in addition to official diplomatic meetings, receptions, often visit various enterprises and organizations, as well as public events - cultural, sports, charitable, etc. At the same time, they communicate with many people.
Remember that such persons are surrounded by highly professional security, consisting of employees whose skills are brought to automatism. Therefore, when in the immediate vicinity of the Prime Minister, do not hold objects that can be used as weapons. Refrain from sudden movements, try not to put your hand in your pocket or bosom, and even more so do not try to break through to a high-ranking visitor. Your intentions may be the most benevolent, but the guards do not know this. They have only one task - to protect the "object" at any cost. Therefore, they act according to the rule: first you need to neutralize the threat, and only then figure out how serious it was. Remember this so as not to incur trouble.
It is also considered unacceptable to call out to the prime minister, ask him to come up to you, give an autograph, take your written complaint, answer a question, etc. Remember that, with all his might, he cannot pay attention to every person who has a question, request, claim or proposal for him. If you were unable to speak with him personally, you can leave a message on the official website of the Prime Minister or send a letter to his reception, for example.
If the prime minister does speak to you, try to be humble but dignified. Speak only to the point, not going to extremes, refraining from personal requests. But, of course, if you consider yourself unjustly offended, infringed upon in your rights as a citizen of Russia, you can summarize the essence of your claims and ask for help.
