Lieutenant General of the Russian Army Igor Viktorovich Alyoshin is called an uncompromising statesman who has made a rapid career in the police.
Biography
Igor Aleshin was born on September 22, 1965 into a military family. This affected his hobbies - he was seriously involved in parachuting and sambo. He has more than seventy jumps on his account. And in sambo, he was able to win the title of the medalist (third place) in the all-Union competitions "Dynamo".
After school, Igor chose the Omsk Higher Police School, which in 1987 he graduated with honors in the direction of "Jurisprudence". He began his career as a signalman in one of the Internal Affairs Directorates of the Kurgan region. For several years he was an opera in the threat of Kurgan.
In 1989, Alyoshin was transferred to the Omsk Department of Internal Affairs. Here he dealt with various issues, but mainly it was economic crimes and criminal investigation work.
Since the end of 1999, Igor Viktorovich headed the Omsk Regional Department for Economic Crimes.
Career
In the winter of 2002, Aleshin worked as the first deputy head of the regional police department in Omsk. He combines this position with the work of the head of a criminal division.
Then Igor Viktorovich headed the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Karelia (2006-2008) and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Bashkortostan (2008-2011). Here, the most notable were the criminal cases against the ministers of education of Bashkiria. During Alyoshin's work in Bashkiria, two lost their positions - they were accused of wasting budget funds. In the Bashkir period, Alyoshin was awarded the special rank of police lieutenant general.
As I. Aleshin himself noted,. In general, when taking office in Bashkiria, many predicted a quick departure for Alyoshin, but this did not happen. At the same time, the hopes of those who expected "high-profile" cases, and those who wanted order in the region, were justified.
D. Medvede, who at that time was President, appoints I. V. Alyoshin as Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (he replaced Rashid Nurgaliev). He held this post for exactly one year: from June 2011 to 2012.
After that, Alyoshin leaves for the post of vice-president for security at Medsi CJSC. This is a Russian network of private medical clinics founded in 1996. A significant part of the turnover in the field of commercial medicine belonged to the Medsi network (according to 2014 data).
Further labor activity of Igor Aleshin is connected with Mobile TeleSystems JSC. Until the spring of 2014, he was responsible for security at this company. Now he is in charge of the same direction in PJSC "MTS-Bank".
Awards
I. V. Alyoshin has many medals, titles and distinctions to his credit. For example, medals "For Merit to the Fatherland" (II degree), "For Distinction in Maintaining Public Order", "For Valor in Service" and others. He bears the title of "Honorary Officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs" and has a Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
A family
Igor's father Viktor Vasilyevich was a military pilot, and his mother Olga Maksimovna worked as a fitter at a factory. Igor Aleshin does not submit his personal life to a general court. It is only known that he is married to Elena Nikolaevna, who previously worked in the treasury of Petrozavodsk. It is also known that Elena Nikolaevna grew up in the family of a police officer. Alyoshin has two daughters. The elder Anastasia Igorevna studied, like her father, at the Higher Police School. In 2017 she got married and lives with her family in Moscow. The youngest daughter Ekaterina chose the law faculty of Moscow State University.

The beginning of Alyoshin's career in Karelia is described ambiguously. Some recall Igor Viktorovich's attempts to organize a mounted militia or an unsuccessful fight against prostitution. Others list significant events - the opening of a hospital for employees of the department, the improvement of working conditions in the workshops for the Ministry of Internal Affairs vehicles, or the installation of a monument to employees who died during the execution.
Alyoshin himself has repeatedly noted in an interview that he likes life in Karelia more than in Moscow. There is a more comfortable environment in all respects: transport, nature and relationships between people. Nevertheless, during the campaign for the election of the head of the republic, he refused to nominate himself for this post.
Officials of this level also cannot do without scandalous moments. Igor Alyoshin is accused by some of the order to disperse the demonstrators on Bolotnaya Square - then dozens of citizens were injured and hundreds were detained. We are talking about the events of 2011-2012, when a wave of protests and rallies swept across the country, the people demanded a revision of the election results. To pacify the demonstrators on 6 May 2012, law enforcement officers used special means.
