Take a sheet of A4 paper, write in the upper right corner the address of the city, village, town or district administration. Enter your personal information, place of residence, you can add a phone number and email address. In the center, separated by a space, write the word “complaint” with a small letter.

Step 3

After that, in a logical sequence, state all the circumstances of a particular event, what happened, where, when, were there any witnesses, indicate the time. Be sure to describe your actions and your opponent's. Emphasize the essence of the complaint, the request, what do you want to receive as a result of the consideration of the document.
