Instructions
Step 1
The easiest way to write to the mayor of Moscow is to use the services of the Moscow Government's Internet portal (mos.ru). Go to the main page of the site and click in the upper right corner on the red button "Feedback". On the new page, select "Electronic Reception" from the entire list.
Step 2
On the next page, you will be asked to familiarize yourself with the general rules for accepting letters and the order of their consideration. Pay attention to what rules must be followed so that your letter is not ignored. For example, threats and obscene expressions are not allowed, and the Moscow Government does not answer questions that are not related to its competence. After reading the text, at the end of the page, click the "Yes" link.
Step 3
Fill in all required fields marked with an asterisk (*). Indicate information about yourself or the organization on behalf of which you are applying, briefly outline the essence of your letter so that it can be forwarded to a person competent in this matter.
Step 4
Write down which authorities you have already applied for help and attach the necessary electronic documents as evidence or an illustrative example. Please note that the attached file must be in the following format: txt, doc, rtf, xls, pps, ppt, pdf, jpg, bmp, png, tif, gif, pcx and not exceed 5 Mb.
Step 5
Wait for an e-mail to the mailbox that you indicated on this resource. This message should contain the confirmation and status of your application. You will receive the answer to the same email address.
Step 6
Write a paper letter to the mayor. The address to be indicated on the envelope: 125032, Moscow, st. Tverskaya, house 13. In the line "to whom" indicate: the address in room 103, entrance number 5. Make a copy of the letter to receive a stamp on the acceptance of the document.
Step 7
A letter to the mayor of Moscow can also be sent via the so-called "personal pager". Call the number (495) 620-27-00 and provide information about yourself, briefly outline the essence of the problem and tell which authorities you have already contacted. This line works around the clock.
