You can register a person on your living space if there are certain rules provided for in the territory of the Russian Federation. In each case, these will be their own specific conditions for registration.
Instructions
Step 1
The passport must be stamped with an extract from the previous place of residence.
Step 2
Not only the seal confirms that the person you want to register has been discharged, but also that he has a document of departure, this is a departure sheet. It must be properly drawn up and have the seals of the state police authorities.
Step 3
You need to come to the passport department of the police in the area to which your living space belongs. You need to bring with you the passport of the person you will be registering, the departure sheet, your passport, a document confirming the ownership of this living space, a receipt for payment of the state duty, the application is written on the spot, because it is of the established form. Also write a statement that the owner (that is, you) allows this person to be registered on your living space. You will also need a copy of your passport.
Step 4
Provided that the owner of the apartment is not you, but another person, it means that he will have to come personally with his passport, his copy, a document on the ownership of the living space and a copy of the passport. An application for permission to register is always written by the owner of the living space.
Step 5
If the person you want to register does not have the citizenship of the Russian Federation, it will not be possible to register him until he receives citizenship. If you have a USSR passport, citizenship will still need to be obtained. A person's arguments that he has been living here for a long time are not taken into account. You cannot register without a citizenship document.
Step 6
In the private sector, in addition to all of the above documents and conditions for registration, a house book is needed.
