In order for a person to be able to register at the place of residence, he will need to sign out and receive an address sheet of departure. You do not need such a document to register at the place of stay.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare documents for deregistration (passport or birth certificate, extract from the house book). Persons liable for military service may also require a military ID. Contact the passport office and write an application for deregistration at your place of residence. Indicate where you are going to register a person, since without this no passport officer has the right to write you out. Receive a passport with the appropriate mark and an address sheet of departure. You do not need to sign out to obtain temporary registration.
Step 2
If you are going to register a person in a non-privatized apartment, then this will require the consent of all housing co-tenants. Moreover, if you are going to register a non-close relative, you will also need the consent of the municipality. If after his registration it turns out that the living space per person is less than the registration rate, he may be denied registration. The presence of all co-tenants is not required only if you are going to register a minor child.
Step 3
Submit to the passport office the identity documents, documents for the living quarters, the address sheet of departure, the military ID, an extract from the house book. Temporary registration is issued for a period of 6 months, and a departure sheet is not required. To obtain a residence permit for a longer period, you will be required to conclude a sublease agreement with this person.
Step 4
If you are planning to register a person on a privatized living space, then you will need the consent of all co-owners of the housing. Their consent is not required to register a minor. Submit your identity documents, a certificate of ownership of the apartment, an address sheet of departure (if the registration is permanent), a military ID and an extract from the house book to the passport office. If this is your husband or your wife, enter into a gratuitous use agreement, which can then be terminated unilaterally, or issue a temporary registration with the right to renew every 6 months.
