Step 1
If you lose your policy or have it stolen from you, the first step is to notify the insurance company. If you work, then the task becomes easier. You just need to notify your employer. And he, through his representative, will inform the insurance company about it. The policy will be canceled and after a certain time you will be given a new one.
Step 2
If you are unemployed, then you will have to inform the insurance company about the loss of the policy yourself. This can be done orally by visiting the insurance company. Or in writing by writing a statement. In this case, the policy will also be immediately canceled. You will be given a temporary one until a permanent one is made. This usually takes about 3 calendar months.
Step 3
When the policy is invalidated, it is immediately excluded from the base of compulsory health insurance. Therefore, from the day the insurance company is notified of the loss of the policy, no one else will be able to use it. Nobody will apply sanctions for the loss of the policy to you either. The only thing is that the insurance company may demand compensation from you for issuing a new policy in the amount of 0.1 minimum wage.
