Instructions
Step 1
Apply for a work visa. In the Czech Republic, there is a shortage of highly qualified specialists, and therefore it is possible to get a job without unnecessary difficulties. A work visa is issued for a year, after which it can be extended. After 2, 5 years, you will be able to get permanent residence. The disadvantage of this type of visa is that you cannot immediately transfer your family.
Step 2
The most common option for immigration to the Czech Republic is to obtain a business visa based on the registration of a company or an individual entrepreneur license. Start a company, make pension contributions, and pay for health insurance. Extend your visa for 2 years. After 5 years, you will be able to get permanent residence. However, keep in mind that you will need to deposit € 4,200 for each family member. The family will be able to move at the same time as you.
Step 3
By applying for an individual entrepreneur license, you can run a small business or get a job. The visa is extended for 2 years. In this case, you can also transfer your family immediately. After obtaining your visa, register with the commercial register, tax office and pension fund. Add € 4,200 for each family member. Pay an annual tax of € 400. After 5 years, apply for permanent residence.
Step 4
It is possible to immigrate to the Czech Republic on the basis of a student visa. This type of moving is suitable for young people under the age of 25. However, keep in mind that you can only get permanent residence after 10 years.
Step 5
Family reunification immigration is only possible for children under 18 and single parents over 70. You can get permanent residence by marrying a Czech citizen.
Step 6
Live in the country for 5 years. Pass a simple language test, prepare the required documents and get permanent residence. While in this status, you will be vested with the same rights as the citizens of the country (with the exception of the electoral right). After 5 years, you will be able to obtain Czech citizenship.
