The desire to return the product to the store is not so rare. Sometimes the purchased product does not fit in color or size, or it just doesn't like it on closer inspection.

Step 1
If you purchased a poor-quality product, you have the right to return it back after the 14-day period, as well as if it was in use. The reason for the return must be indicated in the application. If a poor-quality product is submitted for examination, be sure to draw up an acceptance certificate before this, where you indicate the appearance and condition of the product - the presence or absence of scratches, scuffs, cracks and other defects. You have the right to personally attend the quality control or entrust it to another person, to use the video recording.
Step 2
Remember that the presentation of the product you want to return must not be damaged, the package contents must be preserved, and there must be no traces of use. You must have a passport with you, it is required when making a return. Contact the manager and fill out an application for return, where be sure to indicate the store data, your details, the full name of the product and its cost. It is not necessary to explain the reasons for the return, it is enough to indicate that the item did not fit or simply did not like it. In addition, in the application, specify the form of a refund that is convenient for you. This can be cash, bank or postal order. If the seller refuses to accept your application, please send it by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
Step 3
When purchasing goods remotely, that is, in online stores or through TV offers, the same laws apply. If you would like to return an item, please write a claim letter with notice within 7 days of receipt. Do not forget that the consumer properties and presentation of the product must be preserved. The seller is obliged to return the money to you within 10 days after receiving the claim. When the seller does not provide information about the procedure and the timing of the return, you have the right to return the item within 3 months.
Step 4
You have the right to return a quality product that does not fit to the store within 14 days. But there are a number of goods that cannot be exchanged and returned, these are:
- goods for home treatment;
- perfumery and cosmetic products;
- personal hygiene items (combs, toothbrushes, hairpins, hair curlers, wigs);
- underwear and hosiery;
- pesticides, agrochemicals;
- weapons, cartridges for it;
- items made of precious metals;
- animals and plants;
- books, brochures, cartographic and musical editions, booklets, calendars.
Step 5
In addition, there is a group of technically complex goods, which can be returned only in case of serious deficiencies. These include:
- vehicles;
- snowmobiles;
- motorcycles, scooters;
- boats, yachts, outboard motors;
- automatic washing machines;
- refrigerators and freezers;
- computers;
- tractors, walk-behind tractors, motor-cultivators.
