Sending your declaration by mail is a great time-saver. Queues at tax inspectorates have long been perceived as a natural and unchanging phenomenon of life. Therefore, the number of declarations sent by mail is constantly growing. However, it is important not only to send the declaration, but also in case of its loss, to be able to prove that the non-receipt of the declaration was not our fault. Two forms will help us in this: "Inventory of Attachments" and "Notification of Receipt", using which we can safely send the declaration by mail.

It is necessary

envelope, attachment list form, letter receipt notification form

Instructions

Step 1

We purchase in advance or pay directly by mail an envelope for a declaration and a receipt notification form. In addition, we skim through the counters behind which the post office employees work. These counters often contain free forms needed for various purposes. We are looking for the form "Inventory of investments" among them.

Step 2

We fill in the envelope as usual with the only difference that the name of the addressee will include the Federal Tax Service, to which our company belongs, and in the “To” field, you can indicate a specific official who will receive the declaration. We indicate our legal entity as the sender.

Step 3

We fill out the form for the list of attachments. At the top we indicate the addressee, and in the inventory table we list "Declaration on (number) pages". In the next column we indicate the quantity: "1 piece", and next to it - the monetary equivalent, in which we evaluate the declaration. If in addition to the declaration there are other documents in the letter, for example, various statements, we also put them down in the list of attachments and indicate the value. Below the table, the total number of items in the letter and their total cost are calculated.

Step 4

We fill in the notification form on the receipt of a letter from both sides. On the outside, in the “To” and “Where” fields, we write the address to which this notification will be sent after receiving the main letter by the addressee and the person to whom it will be delivered. Any individuals and legal entities can become the recipient of the notification. On the reverse side, we indicate the total declared value of the letter, consisting of the value of all its attachments, as well as its recipient and delivery address.

By sending, thus, a declaration by mail with a list of attachments and a notification of receipt, we can avoid possible unpleasant situations in the future.
