"True Detective" is an American TV series, eight episodes of the first season of which, shown in early January 2014, also immediately captured the world serial community. In the premiere screening, the heroes were two detectives performed by the Oscar-winning Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson. The partners had to face mysterious murders for two decades.
