Arnold was born in the summer of 1962 in South Africa, in a family of actors. His parents worked in a local theater troupe, and from an early age the boy was constantly immersed in the atmosphere of art, so it is not surprising that theater became his hobby.

During his school years, Arnold participated in numerous theatrical productions and successfully showed his acting skills.

After graduating from school, the young man enlists in the army, from where he is soon demobilized for health reasons. After returning home, Arnold again returns to creativity and enters acting courses. Soon he was invited to the troupe of the State Theater, where he performed on stage for many years.
