In 1977, on October 28, in Cornwall, a girl with the name Zoe appeared in a family with British and Irish roots. When the future actress was young, her family moved from the UK to Canada. Palmer has dual citizenship. Zoe was educated at the Sacred Heart Catholic School in Newmarket, Ontario. She also studied at York University in Toronto.
