If someone has violated your consumer rights or you are faced with a serious non-observance of sanitary and hygienic standards, which may entail a threat to human health, write a complaint to the Federal Service of Rospotrebnadzor. If you want to complain about the actions of a corrupt nature of any of the officials, write a complaint by going to the official website called: "Law enforcement portal of the Russian Federation." There you can also find an address for a regular letter.
