Michael Kevin Paré is an American actor and producer. Paré got into the cinema by accident. He dreamed of becoming a cook and was even going to start his own business in the restaurant business. early years
Paré was born in the United States in the fall of 1958 into a large family, where, in addition to him, there were three more boys and six girls. My father was the owner of a network of printing houses, and my mother was engaged in housekeeping and raising children.
A few years later, a misfortune happened in the family - his father died of leukemia. Mom began to take care of children and their upbringing. The financial situation of the family worsened every year, and all the children gradually began to earn extra money.
Michael got a job at one of the local fast food restaurants. The young man really liked the process of cooking and serving customers, so he began to dream of becoming a chef and restaurateur.
After graduating from high school, Paré continued to master the culinary arts in college. By the time he graduated, he had already received the position of a chef in a restaurant. It was there that Michael met with the producer, which completely changed his future destiny.
This producer turned out to be a very beautiful girl named Joyce Selznick. They sat in the restaurant all night. And in the morning, the girl invited Michael to start acting in films. She was sincerely surprised why such a charismatic and well-built man did not even try to break into the world of show business.
An interesting fact is that this amazing meeting was predicted by the wife of the famous Salvador Dali - Gala. The young man accidentally met with the artist's company in one of the restaurants. Michael got into a conversation with Gala, and she said that in the near future he would have a meeting with a woman who would completely change his fate and make him famous.
This is exactly what happened. Meeting Joyce really changed Michael's life. The girl persuaded him to try himself as an actor, wrote a check for a large sum and bought plane tickets to Los Angeles. In addition, being the producer of the new project "The Greatest American Hero", the girl immediately offered Michael a small role in this film.
Film career
The first shooting was successful for Michael. He joined the main cast of the series, and Joyce Selznick, who invited him to this project, later became the actor's personal agent.
The next work of Paré was the role in the film "Crazy Times", and a year later he already got the main role in the film "Eddie and the Wanderers", which made him a real Hollywood star.

The first wife of the actor was Lisa Katselas. The wedding took place in 1980, and two years later the couple divorced.
In 1986, Michael became the husband of Marisa Roebuck. This marriage also lasted only two years.
Paré married the Dutch model Marjolin for the third time in 1992. In order to be close to his wife, Michael even moved to Holland, where he lived for almost ten years. Soon after the wedding, a son appeared in the family, whom his parents also named Michael.
