Allison Howell Williams is an American actress, singer, screenwriter and producer, nominated for the Actors Guild and MTV Awards for her role in Get Out. She is also known for the films: "Lemony Snicket: 33 Misfortunes", "The Mindy Project", "Girls".
There are not so many roles in the creative biography of the actress yet. She starred in dozens of television and film projects, including popular entertainment shows and awards ceremonies: Oscars, Tony, Golden Globes. In 2015 she became a co-producer of one of the series of the Girls project, where she also performed one of the main roles.
Biography facts
The future actress was born in New Canaan, Connecticut in the spring of 1988. Her ancestors were of Irish, Swedish, German, English, Scottish and French descent. One of her maternal great-great-grandfathers, Owen Lovejdoy, was a priest, lawyer, and Republican congressman from Illinois.
Her parents were creative people. My father worked as a presenter and editor-in-chief of NBC Nightly News, and my mother was a TV producer.
In one of her interviews, Ellison said that as far back as she can remember, she always dreamed of becoming an actress and had no doubt that she would definitely achieve what she wanted.
After completing her primary education, Allison entered Yale University in the department of English language and literature. There, she became interested in theater and began performing in student productions. But her talent was not immediately recognized.
In her first year, the girl was denied participation in the musical "Main Stage", which was staged by the Yale Dramatic Association. The director considered that she did not have enough experience and acting skills.

Not much is known about the actress's personal life. She dated Ricky Van Win for several years. He is an entrepreneur, leads the creative strategy for social networking site Facebook, and co-founded the popular CollegeHumor and Vimeo sites.
In 2014, young people announced their engagement, and a year later they got married. However, the marriage lasted only 4 years. In June 2019, Allison announced that the marriage was over, she and her husband broke up.
